A Note from the Pastor, 11/13/21

We are a vibrant church, growing in love for Jesus Christ who seek to make a difference through Worship, Community and Service.

Thanks to all of you who were able to attend last Sunday’s Congregational Meeting in order to take care of the necessary business of the church. In the midst of all of the elections and approvals you asked some very good questions about our church, our future and what are the steps that we are taking to becoming the vibrant difference making church that we want to be.

As we continue to grapple with the issues that we have we will always remember some of the characteristics of the God that we know and love. These characteristics of God have been a part of our sermon series these past weeks, The Good and Beautiful God. Together we have learned that our God is good, our God is trustworthy, our God is generous, our God is love, our God is holy, our God is self-sacrificing, and our God transforms. Being reminded of this is important as we move forward to being a vibrant church.  So be praying for our church and that we might love the God that Jesus reveals to us and share that good news with others.

Know that I am praying for you and for our church and I hope to see you this weekend.
