The Lakeside Presbyterian Retreat Inc. was founded in 1959 by some
visionary members of the Lakeside Presbyterian Church.
Located in the Pine Hills
area of Julian, California, the 7.5 acre property is covered
with large pines, oaks and manzanita.
The Retreat Corporation is
made up of church members who express an interest in the retreat by either
attending up for a work party for a
day, or donating the
equivalent of a days pay. Board
Members are selected from the corporation members with at least two years
on the roster.
